The development of the Paczkomaty® network in Poland and Europe requires new production capacities

InPost is not only a major logistics operator and owner of the largest Automated Parcel Machines (APM) network in Poland, it is also the manufacturer of these lockers. The company has an ambitious goal of launching approximately 100 new parcel lockers per week in Poland, Great Britain, and other European countries. In order to support this initiative, InPost plans to build a second Paczkomaty® factory near Krakow City come June 2021.

In addition to the production of Paczkomaty®, which includes the electro-assembly of modules with touch screens, the research and development center will be expanded to house two laboratories and a showroom to support development works as well as testing of new solutions.

Additional information:
At the end of 2019, InPost had a network of about 6,000 Paczkomaty®, and by the end of 2020, the number of Paczkomaty® was 10,000. Thanks to the InPost mobile application, customers can also send parcels (without printing labels).
